Campaign reporting

What clients can see during a campaign: submissions, approvals, tracked views, platform breakdown, delivery progress and the reporting window.

In short

Campaign reporting is the record of what a campaign actually did. It shows campaign status, approved submissions, tracked views, the platform breakdown and delivery against the agreed goal for a stated reporting window, and it states plainly what it cannot prove.

  • Campaign stageScoping, live, or closing the reporting window
  • Delivery progressMeasured against the goal agreed at scoping
  • Approved submissionsOnly reviewed posts enter the campaign record
  • Platform distributionWhich platforms the approved posts landed on
  • Recent activityNew submissions and review outcomes as they happen
  • Top performing submissionThe single clip carrying the most tracked views

Campaign activity, review decisions and delivery progress sit together instead of being reconstructed from messages and screenshots.

What clients can see

Campaign status, the reporting window, how many submissions have been approved, tracked views, how activity splits by platform, delivery progress against the agreed goal, and the most recent approved posts.

How views are tracked

Views are platform-reported figures for approved campaign posts, collected inside the stated reporting window. Platforms count and refresh differently, so figures move and a late-refreshing post can change a total after the fact.

Submission reporting

Every submission carries a status (submitted, under review, changes requested, or approved) with the reason attached. Only approved posts enter the campaign record.

Platform breakdown

Approved activity is grouped by TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X, so you can see where the campaign landed rather than only the total.

Campaign progress

Delivery progress compares approved activity against the goal agreed at scoping. It is a delivery measure, not a forecast.

Approved content

The approved set is the campaign's source of truth: what was published, by which account, on which platform, and when it cleared review.

One approved file is cut into vertical clips with their own hooks and runtimes, formatted for each platform, then published by participating creators.

Reporting windows

Every figure belongs to a stated window. Two windows are not comparable unless they cover the same length of time and the same campaign scope.

What is and is not guaranteed

Elevate reports observed distribution activity: approved posts, tracked views, platform split, delivery against the agreed goal. It does not guarantee views, virality, conversions, revenue or sentiment, and it does not claim sales attribution.

Questions about this

Reporting stays open for the whole campaign and updates as submissions clear review and platform figures refresh, so activity can be read while the campaign runs.
